's Cephalovexen is the cutest thing, okay? I couldn't resist the idea of drawing him. Squishy things are the best.
Although the fact I tried to shade a chibi-type-thing prettily means he now has the proportions of a small child. Welp. Maybe I'll go back and just flat-shade this at some point.
